Should have hands-on experience in development of BPDs, Coaches, Human Services using IBM BPM.
· Should have very good understanding of BPMN 2.0.
· Should have Hands-on on customization of IBM Process Portal.
· Experience in developing controls the flow of process execution, decision making and exception management across multiple organizational roles and systems/applications.
· Experience in tailors user screens for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface.
· Should have very good knowledge on Coach implementation.
· Should have good knowledge on REST API its implementation.
· should be able to work as an independent team member.
· Should have good database skills with query writing.
