Experience of full IT project life-cycle: evidence of experience
MS Office Support knowledge
Excellent communication (including presentation), listening and interpersonal skills
Has worked alongside multi-disciplinary teams (Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, Tech Designer Test ) understands those roles and how to make use of them
Familiar with at least one call-logging / incident management system
Potential with training - of taking on some Level 2 support issues e.g. SQL report-writing
