Experience delivering systems administration/engineering support, to include specific experiences with ArcSight management (i.e., Enterprise Security Manager (ESM), Logger, and connectors).
Supporting and Managing the Security Incident Management (ESM) application
Providing day to day support for the issues related to ESM
Responsible for Scripting and customization for components related ESM
Responsible for the KPI related to ESM Infrastructure
Responsible for Technical issues with performance, and overall functioning of the monitoring infrastructure.
Must be a seasoned ArcSight administrator to proactively manage, upgrade, and improve a centrally managed infrastructure and provide Tier 3 customer support.
