You will have: (Skills/Experience)
A proven track record in application or/and service management is required for a minimum 3 year period, ideally in an investment bank.
Previous hands-on Level 1 and Level 2 application support (in house and/or street)
Previous hands-on Technical skills with key technologies such as UNIX (Unix administration skill set), Windows Server, Database (MS-SQL, Oracle or Sybase), middleware (JMS/dBus) or Mainframe. Shell scripting and Oracle preferred.
Ability to understand business processes and able to clearly articulate business impacts during incidents.
Ability to understand inter-system information flow and assist end-to-end technical troubleshooting
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Excellent relationship building skills
Ability to operate with Director level business and IT management
